Appointments and Information
Individuals may walk-in to the Centre, email, or call and make an appointment to ensure a worker is on-site and available to assist with their needs.
All services and groups are free. Registration is required prior to attending groups.

Centre hours of operation:
Monday – Wednesday: 8-5pm
Thursday 8-4

Eligibility:           

  • Permanent Residents of Canada
  • Naturalised Citizens
  • Individuals who have been allowed to remain in Canada on the intended granting of Permanent Resident status
  • Non-immigrant foreign domestic workers in Canada who may apply for Permanent Resident status
  • Refugee claimants

We speak Punjabi, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu and have access to interpreters from a variety of languages.
